HOG ROASTS ARE OUR SPECIALITY! They are really popular and offer something a little bit different.
We have different options to suit your needs so whether you want to have a go yourself or want a fully staffed service, we can provide a option to suit your needs.
Our Hog Roast will serve approximately 100 - 120 people but we can use smaller joints or even other meat such as lamb or beef.
The Hog Roast is totally succulent and delicious because it cooks at a low heat, in its own juice, which means the meat is continuousuly basting itself as it turns. Yum!
It takes between 5 and 6 hours to cook the pig so we need to set up well in advance.
We can also provide a range of salads including pasta, rice and mixed leaf, Coleslaw and new potatoes making this a great alternative for a fabuous feast!
